Undergraduate students (for third-year students in the Department of Mathematical Engineering and Information Physics): Please indicate your preference for the Ishii–Sasahara Laboratory when you submit your laboratory assignment request in your fourth year.
Master's program: After prior inquiry, please take the entrance examination of the Department of Information Physics and Computing, Graduate School of Information Science and Technology, the University of Tokyo. For details, please refer to the official departmental website. Entrance examinations are held twice a year: Summer (applications in June) and Winter (applications in November). Please note that, depending on your results, you may be assigned to a laboratory other than your first choice.
Doctor's program: The procedure is the same as for the Master’s program. However, we ask that you engage in more thorough prior inquiry.
Research students: I do not accept research students.
